We use only live fish in the preparation of the fillet. Fish-N-Fish is heavily backed by its fishery division whose farms spread over a massive 2000 acres.

At Fish-N-fish we always ensure that we manufacture fresh processed seafood with focus on safety, hygiene and quality. The plant is maintained at 16 oC with 65% RH during processing. This ensures that the freshest product is delivered every time and is guaranteed to give you satisfaction.

At Fish-N-Fish top quality products are always our first priority, which our B2B and B2C customers can be assured of. The processing is done with all safety measures in place as per the FSSAI guide lines. Our products are of international standards and quality, are traceable, and are packed according to the needs of our customers.

State-of-the-art Packing:
Considering our varied at atmospheric conditions & storage needs, we use imported Cryovac® vaccum shrink with MULTIVAC packing systems which helps ensure that our product arrives fresh and has an extended shelf-life. This packaging assures the best protection while maintaining the product integrity & improved hygiene.

Shelf life study:
With research in collaboration with SGS and PCRI (Packaging Clinic & Research Institute) organisations , MAP has ensured a shelf life of 15 days is attained for our packaged fish.
